We had a great weekend with our family! Bobby's brother's, Matt & Chris, sister, Ashlyn, and Chris's fiance, Marissa all came for a visit. Friday night we rocked it out with the Guitar Hero, pizza, and a game of You Blew It! Can't remember if there was some other card game being played it was too long ago! ( My memory doesn't work sometimes!)
With Ashlyn here to stay with the kids we actually were able to go out and have some fun! Some much needed Adult alone time! Those times don't come very often! With that being said we went out to one of our favorite restaurants, J. Alexanders for lunch. After that we checked out the furniture store. I was looking for a coffee table. We all found each other after scanning the store. We were enjoying a large sectional. It was truely a kodak moment with all 5 of us sitting there in the store carrying on a conversation as if we were at home!
We headed to Sam's basketball game. It was the furthest game away that we had to travel for this season. I don't think Sam played enough but that is my opionion and he had his game on! He hates playing the select basketball. Next year I think he wants to go back to the recreation ball. He had a taste of being the star player last year. It was another win for the team though. Go Blue!
Off to the movies we went after coming back home. Marissa left the guys to go see a "chick flick"! We went to see Fool's Gold. It was a good movie. The guys went to see Jumper. They said it was good too. I don't think either movie was like "Awe, that was awesome!" They were just good.
