I was baking again! I actually made some pumpkin pancakes this weekend when my family came for a visit. They were ok. I had to dr. them up a bit with some pumpkin pie spice. They just didn't taste like pumpkin until I did that. I thought they were pretty good and the kids didn't turn their noses up to them either which was a plus.
I had some left over pumpkin so I made a pumpkin pie and boy was it good! My crust even turned out great! Of course I had to make some little cinnamon pinwheel thingys with the left over dough. Takes me back to when I was a kid!
