I've Done A Stupid Thing!

I am not with it lately. I thought I would change my password for my email account. I haven't changed it in years! So I changed it. I didn't like it so I changed it again. Well, when I went to log back in at a later time...I couldn't! I don't know what I typed for the password and I am not sure what kind of info I gave for my identification! Stupid, I know. Now I have lost all my email addresses. Sooooooo...I don't know what to do! I may have to get a new email! Not happy with this idea! Will update later with my new decision!
